Happy WCMD/ Merry Christmas

Happy World Card Making Day to all my cardmaking friends from around the Globe :)

I’m joining Simon Says Stamp today to share some WCMD happiness. The lovely Susan from SSS, invited card makers from around the globe to make a Christmas/holiday card for the Simon Says Stamp blog to celebrate WCMD!
And you can join us too! Make a holiday/Christmas card and enter the challenge HERE. 10 random winners will be chosen to win $50 gift cards to the Simon store. And one winner will get one subscription to Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine.

I made two card today. For my first card, I went with CAS almost one layer card for easy mailing. This is fun and easy to mass produce too. I used,
SSS (Merry Christmas Stamp set); Die: Memory Box (Silent Snowflake Frame); WOW! Gold Embossing Powder; Nuvo Glitter drops (Ruby Slippers); Distress Ink: Salty Ocean

For my 2nd. card, I went with mixed media style. Love the whimsy of the poinsettia :)
Stamp: SSS (Winter Flowers, Christmas Toys); Die: SSS (Stacked Stars), Winnie&Walter (Katherine Cutaways); Ink: Distress Ink (Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, Twisted Citron), Versafine Onyx Black; Zig Clean Color Real Brush MarkersWOW! Gold Embossing Powder

Isha, your cards are gorgeous! I love the classic combo of blue and white on the first card. The watercolor on the second is just so dreamy.
